Please send the photograph to be restored to FotoRenovations, c/o Nancy Flowers, 154 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY 11217. Place it between two pieces of cardboard taped together and insert it in a padded envelope marked "do not bend." I recommend using an express company like UPS or FedEx that provides a tracking number. Please email me at nflowers@fotorenovations.com, including the tracking number so I will know when to expect the photograph. Be sure to include any special instructions.
As soon as I receive your photograph I will assess its condition and email you a firm quote for the restoration. If you accept my estimate I expect payment at this time, and I will start work as soon as I receive it. I usually return finished work within a week. If you decline my estimate, or if I decide for any reason not to undertake the work, I will return your photograph postpaid using the same carrier by which it was sent. When the work nears completion I will email you a copy of the restored photograph for your comments. I will do my best to work to your specifications. When the work is ready I will send all materials: your original photograph, print(s)on archival paper from the restored image and CD with the digital images, via UPS or Fed Ex, emailing you the tracking number.
Making a payment:
I will send you a PayPal invoice via email that will include instructions for making a secure payment. You can pay this invoice through your PayPal account if you have one, or with any major credit card.
